Transformer Installation / Testing / Commissioning

“Accurate Engineering service LLC” Engineer’s/Technician’s has 15+ years of experience in high voltage transformer installation, testing and commissioning up to 500MVA, 400kV class.

We are offering complete transformer installation, testing and commissioning services to our clients. This includes the following activities;

  • Submission of Method statement, Risk assessment and installation schedule for Client approval.
  • Inspection of transformer tank and it’s accessories.
  • Placing the transformer on foundation/plinth.
  • Analysis of Shock recorder prior to start installation.
  • Installation, Vacuuming, Oil Filling & Oil Filtration.
  • Observation of oil leakage and spillage on gasket joints.
  • Commissioning of air cell bag(Flexi Separator).
  • Oil sample collection and Testing (Oil BDV, PPM, DGA etc..)
  • Wiring Termination of protective equipment’s to Marshalling/Cooler control panel.
  • Low Voltage Routine tests and Special tests (Tan Delta, SFRA etc.) as per customer requirement.
  • Installation and Commissioning of On Line gas monitor (DGA)
