We do Vacuum process, Oil filling, Oil Filtration & Oil replacement on site up to 400kV class transformers and Shunt Reactors.
Facilities:
- Oil filtration machine with capacity of 6600 Litres/Hr (Output 7000Ltrs/Hr) inbuilt with Moisture measurement & oil flow indicator.
- Oil Filtration machine with capacity of 6000 Ltrs/Hr inbuilt with On-Line Moisture Measurement system & oil flow indicator.
- Vacuum plant with 1000m3/Hr (Rotary Vacuum pump capacity:300m3/Hr and Rotary Root pump/Booster capacity:1500 m3/Hr)
- Oil Storage tank with capacity of 29000 Litres.
- Automatic Oil BDV test measurement tester with 100kV range
